 About Casey

I grew up in a small town where sports were a large part of society. I played volleyball, basketball, softball and ran track and field. I grew to love the rush I felt after practices and would often go home and train another hour sometimes two. After high school I went to college where I obtained a degree in Psychology and Criminology, working through out college as a certified personal trainer. In 2008 I decided to start training for my first NPC competition but had an injury that put me out for almost a year.

In 2010 & 2011 I decided to try again and once more injuries put me out of competing. In early 2012 I made up my mind that nothing was going to stop me this time. Since 2012 I have I have multiple class wins across 3 different divisions as well as 4 overalls, not to mention placing top 5 at National Level Shows since 2019 and have competed in over 23 National Level shows alone.  My goal is to earn an IFBB Pro card and I know I will get there when it’s “my time”. I have since started my own all female competition team, as well as doing women’s posing in all divisions. My goal is to help women prep in the most healthy way possible without sacrificing their metabolism.

In 2012 after my first competition season, I formed Chiseled In Stone, hand stoning competition suits and have continued ever since. I bring quality suits at affordable prices, because I believe it is already expensive and hard enough to compete without sinking hundreds of dollars into a suit you may only wear once.

Outside of competing I have developed a thriving health and wellness business, where I assist clients with general health goals. I truly love helping clients reach their goals and the diversity of clientele I’m able to work with; from fat loss to muscle gain to corrective habits and everything in between.

I aim to teach the world that fitness is not just physical but also emotional, mental and on a level spiritual. I work to be my best at all times, not only in the competition and fitness world but in life as well. I have made a commitment to always strive for excellence and will continue to do so the rest of my life.
